How are your products designed?
We work with designers, thinkers, activists, strategists, and doers to create concepts rooted in principles of social psychology and economic anthropology. Our products are designed to explore how we relate to one another and interact in the exchange of goods and services; and in our practice of community.
When will grants open?
Time, Space and Place grants will open each quarter, beginning in Summer 2023. Subscribe for updates.
Can I split my order and ship it to multiple locations?

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order at any time prior to it going into production. Once items have gone into production, we can no longer accept cancellation or change any aspect of that order. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact our customer service representative and they’ll be happy to assist you. Email us at admin@axleimpactstudio.com with details of your request.
Do you charge sales tax?
A 9% tax is assessed on all purchases.
What if I’m unhappy with my order?
If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the customization quality isn’t superb, please contact your customer service representative and we will reprocess/produce your order or provide a full refund. Your happiness and product quality are our top priorities!
When contacting your representative, please include a photo(s) of the defective or poor-quality item and a brief description and email us at admin@axleimpactstudio.com.
Can I see a sample?
Not yet but soon! We’re a growing organization. However, we can set up a virtual video call to walk through product demonstrations.
Can I order in quantities smaller or larger than those shown?
Not yet but soon! The quantities shown are what is required. If your order calls for more or fewer items than the minimum and maximum quantities shown, please email admin @ admin@axleimpactstudio.com.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see an ‘e-proof’ of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed!
What kind of artwork can I send?
Please send all artwork in an AI or EPS (Adobe Illustrator) file format. Text must be converted to outlines & embedded images must be linked.
Use of Trademarks for artwork?
If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.
Do you keep my art on file?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file to simplify the reordering process.
Where do I send my artwork?
To submit your artwork, simply reply to your order confirmation email or email it directly to your customer service representative.
When will I be introduced to my customer care representative?
After placing your online order, your customer service representative will be in touch ASAP via email.
How fast will I get my order?
Processing and production times can be different for every order and are included in your order confirmation email. The timeframe provided is the number of business days it will take to print your item after you’ve approved your artwork.
The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose, selected at check-out.
