Due Goodies currently only ships within the United States via USPS.
Our current processing time is 5 business days. Meaning, if you order on a Friday your order may not ship until the Wednesday after.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been scanned, USPS tracking information will be provided to you.
In certain instances, tracking can take up to 48 hours to register with USPS and show movement. If 48 hours have passed & you still have not received your tracking information please contact us at (email address).
INVALID ADDRESS POLICY
You will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed your address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file.
Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’.
Due Goodies is not responsible for misdelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order.
If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed, you assume all risk of not receiving your order and will be responsible for placing a new order.
MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective leasing office and/or front desk, if possible. If your package is still not found please contact us via email at (email address here) and we will open an investigation with USPS.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery has been confirmed. If USPS has determined that the package was delivered to the correct address provided at the time of the order, we are unable to issue a refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
