Refund/Return Policy

While we, at Due Goodies, pride ourselves in reliability and attention to detail we understand that we are human and mistakes do happen. If a mistake is made on our end, we truly apologize for any inconvenience and are determined to correct our mistake.

If you received your order and it contained an incorrect or missing item please contact us immediately via email at


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at (email address here) if the items in your order are defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Emails regarding an incorrect or damaged item must include the below:

  • Recipient name
  • Order number
  • A screenshot of your order summary
  • Photo of the incorrect or damaged item 

If approved for an item exchange/replacement, we will notify you when the new item has been shipped.

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
